We use an online system for membership registrations, renewals and payments.  The system accepts payments through PayPal or you can set up a one-off bank transfer through GoCardless (we'd be grateful if GoCardless could be used as the club pays a lower fee for this service).

CURRENT MEMBERS - RENEWALS FOR 2024

If you require any of the following changes to your membership, please email membership@wctcc.co.uk before logging into the system.

​

• if you were a junior or student in 2023 but now require U25 membership

• if one or more of your children will not be returning to the club for 2024

• if you would like a place for another child in your family who wasn't a member last year

​

When we have received your email detailing any changes that are necessary, we'll amend our database and email you back when this has been done.  You will then be able to login to your account and pay your membership fees.

NEW MEMBERSHIP ENQUIRIES

Before registering for membership, please email us on membership@wctcc.co.uk.  This is especially important for junior players as we have limited places in each of our age groups.  We’ll then send you a link to the online membership system where you can register.

Senior Playing Memberships

• Senior playing membership - £95

• Senior U25* playing membership - £75

• Senior student^ playing membership (Aged 17 years and above) - £60

• Senior playing membership for those who only play in women's matches - £50

• Senior playing membership for those who only play in veteran's matches - £40

• Senior playing membership for those who only play women's softball - £25

 

*defined as 'post student members 25 years old or under at the start of the season'

^defined as ‘in Years 12 or 13 at school or in higher education'
 

Junior Playing Memberships

• U5 - U8 Boys and Girls (Reception - Year 3) - £50 

• U9 - U16 (School Years 4-11) - £75

• Membership for sibling(s) of an older junior member - £42

Match Fees

• Match fee for senior and U25 members, including match tea - £9

• Match fee for senior and U25 members, excluding match tea - £5

• Match fee for non-members (or before membership fee is paid) - £15

• Match fee for a junior or student playing in a senior match, including match tea - £6
